1. What CodeySMS does

CodeySMS temporarily gives you a phone number on which you can receive one SMS for the website you specify. After the first SMS, after the time runs out or after you cancel, the number is released. A number is never issued twice for the same website.

2. Acceptable use

You only use CodeySMS for legitimate purposes and in line with the terms of the website you receive a code for. You may not use CodeySMS for:

• fraud, scams or identity misuse;
• mass or automated account creation;
• getting around a block or ban;
• access to banking, government services or other people's accounts.

If we suspect misuse, we may block your account without refunding unused credits, and we cooperate with requests from competent authorities.

3. Credits and payments

One credit is one request. If no SMS arrives within the reservation time, or you cancel the request, the credit is returned automatically. Payments are processed by an external crypto payment service. Credits are added once the payment is confirmed and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. No guarantee

Some websites don't accept virtual numbers or don't send SMS to them. We don't guarantee that an SMS will arrive. You only pay when one does.

5. Privacy

We store your email address, your requests and the messages you receive, so you can see them in your account and so we can investigate misuse. We don't sell your data.
